We welcome creative collaborations and contributions from our community. Whether you’re submitting an editorial, sharing your vision for our weekly moodboard, or curating a playlist for our community, we’d love to hear from you.

Submission Guidelines

1. Fashion Editorials

We accept submissions for photography editorials and AI fashion editorials.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 images.

  • Work must be unpublished and exclusive to ECHOGRID.

  • Submit a preview PDF (low-resolution) including:

    • Title of the editorial

    • Styling credits

    • Full team credits (photographer, stylist, models, HMUA, creative director, etc.)

  • If accepted, the full high-resolution images (300 DPI) will be requested via WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox link.

  • Short description of the story (theme, concept, mood).

  • Statement confirming rights to submit the images.

2. Sunday Grid Submissions

Our Sunday Grid is a curated moodboard of the best visuals we receive every week. It can include travel photos, objects, textures, quotes, or abstract visuals.

Requirements:

  • Up to 5 images (JPEG or PNG, vertical formats - minimum 1080px width).

  • Must include your Instagram or social media handle for credit.

  • Optional: a short line or caption describing the vibe of your submission.

Subject line: Sunday Grid Submission – [Your Name]


3. Spotify Playlists

We feature curated playlists from our community directly on ECHOGRID’s Spotify account.

Requirements:

  • A list of 10–20 songs (Spotify links or tracklist in text).

  • A short description (2–4 sentences) about the mood or story behind the playlist.

  • Your name and social media handle(s) for credit.
